Q1: Manufacturer or trading company? Where is the company located?
A: We are a paper product packaging printing company that has been established for 12 years. Our business scope includes paper product packaging boxes, product instructions, illustrated books, and label stickers. We are located in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.


Q2: What parts can the company supply?
A: We offer design reference services and product prototyping services. Products such as tablet computer packaging boxes, electronic cigarette packaging boxes, and high-end gift boxes are all within our business scope.


Q3: How long have you been involved in this market?
A: We have been engaged in the paper packaging printing industry for over 12 years.


Q4: Where are the main markets?
A: Our main markets are located in regions such as South Africa, the United Kingdom, and the Czech Republic.


Q5: Can we use the specified packing method?
A: Of course, you can use the packaging method you specify.


Q6: Can we offer quotations for the products not shown on the website?
A: Our quotations are entirely dependent on the documents you provide and the specific requirements. They are all made on-site.


Q7: What's the minimum quantity?
A: There is no fixed quantity. It depends on the size of the packaging you need and your specific location.


Q8: Can you provide a product catalog?
A: Candy boxes / cake boxes / e-cigarette boxes / 3C electronic products packaging – as long as it's a paper packaging box, we can make it!


Q9: Are samples available free of charge?
A: We offer free sample photography. If you need to have the samples mailed, the charge will be determined based on the cooperation situation, either with a fee or without.


Q10: Mass production time and delivery time.
A: The production and delivery time will be determined based on the order quantity and the difficulty of the manufacturing process. After the cooperation is confirmed, we will provide a rough estimate of the time.


Q11: About the terms and conditions of payment.
A: When you place an order, we will confirm the transaction method with you. In mass production, we usually need to make a 30% advance payment to start the production process, and then the remaining payment for the order will be made before shipment. The most common payment method is wire transfer (T/T), and of course, direct PayPal payment is also acceptable.


Q12: Product after-sales service scope and service period.
A: To prevent the occurrence of defective products, we will prepare extra corresponding spare parts for each type of goods before shipment. If there are a large number of defective products, we will handle the situation seriously based on the responsibility division.
